Liverpool have reached an agreement with Bayern Munich for Alcantara

Liverpool have made an offer of 30 million euros for Thiago Alcantara, which is said to have been accepted by Bayern Munich.

The two clubs have been negotiating all summer seeking to reach an agreement for the Spaniard.

The well-known medium The Athletic, had initially reported that talks were accelerated on Monday, as Bayern wanted a deal closed before the start of the season in the Bundesliga.

As a result, the price has finally been agreed and the 29-year-old will soon be at Anfield Road.

It is learned that the offer that has been accepted by the Germans amounts to 30 million euros.

The player longed for a new challenge after spending seven years at Bayern and winning all the trophies the season he left behind.

Former Bayern president Uli Hoeness revealed earlier this month that Thiago was likely to have agreed personal terms with Liverpool, eliminating Manchester United, who were also interested.
