Leverkusen and Chelsea agree on Kai Havertz

The agreement between Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen for the German talent Kai Havertz has finally been reached.

The talented German midfielder is Chelsea’s main target with coach Frank Lampard who was desperately looking for him.

But after much negotiation, the two clubs have finally reached an agreement for the transfer of Havertz to London.

Chelsea has offered 80 million euros in money and another 20 million in the form of bonuses for the German.

After much hesitation from Leverkusen, the German club has finally agreed to this offer from Chelsea.

Transfer market specialist Fabrizio Romano has written that the two clubs are expected to become official in the coming days.

Meanwhile Havertz weeks ago had reached personal agreement with Chelsea for a five-year contract.

The 21-year-old has played 45 official matches with Leverkusen this season, where he has scored 18 goals and made nine assists.
