Ribery: Inter is on the right track because it has a team of champions

Fiorentina winger Franck Ribery believes Inter are on the right track but need time to reach success and is confident Christian Eriksen will prove the value of a champion very soon.

The former representative of France spoke to the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport about the Nerazzurri before the match against them tonight in Serie A and expects the boys of Antonio Conte to continue to grow next season.

“Inter has a strong team consisting of champions. They have just started the journey and need time, but it seems to me that they are on the right path.” said Ribery.

Ribery expects former Tottenham star Eriksen to show himself at the San Siro once he adapts to Italian football.

“He has just arrived in Italy and when he had to adapt, football was suspended for three months. Italian football is difficult but in time Eriksen will show his worth.” he underlined.
