Dybala in Barcelona instead of Messi, according to Italian media

Barcelona see Juventus star Paulo Dybala as the ideal replacement for Lionel Messi if the Catalans’ captain requests to leave the club this summer, according to Tuttosport.

The future of both Argentines in their respective clubs is uncertain and they may change the environment this summer.

Dybala has not yet found an agreement with Juventus for a new contract, because he is asking for an annual salary of 15 million euros, which is double the salary he currently receives.

He is only the fourth highest paid player at Juventus, after Cristiano Ronaldo, Matthijs de Ligt and Gonzalo Higuain.

As for Messi, he is very angry with the situation at the Barcelona club and according to Spanish media, his anger has increased recently after the club published details of his conversation with new coach Ronald Koeman.

He has a contract with Barca until 2021 and has never been closer than now to leaving Camp Nou.

Tuttosport writes that if Messi wants to leave, then Dybala will be his replacement in Barcelona.
