Zinedine Zidane has achieved his first victory in La Liga as Real Madrid coach, after the 3: 2 triumph against Real Betis on Saturday.
Real Madrid beat Betis 3: 2 with a comeback in a controversial match – which was the first for the reigning champions this season in the league – at Benito Villamaarin in Seville.
The French coach has led Madrid to 147 La Liga games overall, 55 at home and 45 on the road, winning 100 of them.
Zidane’s teams have scored 342 goals and conceded 142 in those matches.
Only Miguel Munoz has won more La Liga games as Real Madrid coach than Zidane, 257 of them.
In addition to 100 wins, Zidane has won two La Liga titles, in the 2016/17 and 2019/20 seasons.
