Bale and Reguilon strengthen Mourinho’s team.
Jose Mourinho, Tottenham manager, is happy with the new arrivals from Real Madrid, Gareth Bale and Sergio Reguilón.
Bale will be on loan until 2021, while left-back Reguilon has been bought and has signed a contract until 2025.
In a way, Mourinho has tried to show Zinedine Zidane that he was wrong to lose two super players.
“When Gareth is healthy, ready to play, he is one of the best in Europe, there is no doubt about that.” said Mourinho.
“Sergio (Reguilon) was fantastic last season. If you ask me if I am happy with these players, yes, of course I am.”
Reguilon will be ready for Mourinho from next week, while Bale will have to wait another month as he is injured.
