Pjanic: Juventus represents perfection

Bosnian Miralem Pjanic claims that his team, Juventus, is perfect and has revealed that he could have been transferred to Allianz Stadium since 2014, two years before his eventual transfer. The former Roma’s midfielder became part of the black and white team in July 2016 for 32 million euros, after winning the title of one of the best midfielders in Serie A.

But the 30-year-old, who spent five seasons with Roma after his transfer from Lyon, has announced that he has decided to postpone his transfer to the “Old Lady” due to stiff competition.

“I could have transferred to Juventus two years ago. But, I knew I would be among the best at the time. In the team here were Andrea Pirlo, Paul Pogba, Arturo Vidal and other extraordinary players “, said Pjanic.

“It simply came to our notice then. It would have been complicated for me to have gone right away at that moment. “I had better stay in Rome with Rudi Garcian.”

“We were a good team, but not like Juventus. They had a wonderful environment. Then I told myself later that it was time to enter the world of Juventus.

“When you go into the locker room and see the names of the legends, you can see that the club has a great history. He finds the DNA of victories in everything. “This club represents perfection, it wins because it works harder than others.”
