Cristiano Ronaldo and Weston McKennie in recent tests had tested positive, but both hope to face Barcelona on Wednesday.
Cristiano returned from Portugal last week after testing positive and is in quarantine at his home in Turin.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he is still likely to face Barcelona on Wednesday night provided his pre-match test returns negative.
CR7 is still positive, but he hopes he can play against Barcelona as UEFA protocols say Juventus must prove that players have no symptoms a week before the match and Cristiano has never had one.
Juventus provided all the necessary documents to UEFA about Ronaldo’s health two days ago.
The Portuguese star will have a test today or tomorrow and if it turns out negative he will be allowed to get out of quarantine.
In order to play against Verona on Sunday, he will have to undergo new medical examinations as soon as he comes out negative.
The same goes for Weston McKennie who may end his quarantine tomorrow, provided he comes out negative.
The whole team, including the American and Cristiano, will have new tests today or tomorrow and if there are no new cases among the team group, the players will leave the quarantine in which they are living since McKennie came out positive last week.
