Celtic coach Neil Lennon described Neymar as an annoying player after his side’s defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, while praising Brazilian team-mate Kylian Mbappe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Celtic closed the three-match tournament in France with a 4-0 defeat in the friendly match against Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mbappe gave the home side the lead in the first minute of the match, while Neymar doubled Paris Saint-Germain’s lead in the 25th minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PSG made numerous changes to the lineup before the start of the second half, when the French lead deepened to four through goals scored by Ander Herrera and Pablo Sarabia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lennon said his team would benefit from the experience of playing against such a high-level rival and he praised his players for the way they faced Neymar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“He just tries to anger and humiliate the players. I told the players that they should try to maintain discipline and not fall into his trap. He is annoying, He knows that himself,” said Lennon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
